Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of modern technology concepts including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics; willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-powered applications to drive insights and efficiency.
• Experience planning and leading leadership meetings, strategic events, and managing multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Collaborative team player, mentorship of junior team members in roadmaps and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deconstruct problems, and analyze operational and financial data
• Perform competitor/industry research leveraging public and non-public sources
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Identify implications of data within the team
• Work collaboratively with teams across lines of business
• Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
• Contribute to development and execution of technology strategy and priorities
