Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support PM workflows with strong validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and breakdown complex objectives into manageable tasks with critical thinking.
• Support AI-assisted planning, risk synthesis, and status narratives.
• Optimize resources (people, budget, technology) for programs.
• Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Assist in risk management per firm policies and practices.
• Promote AI-assisted governance artifacts and reporting.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (quality, speed) and secure coding standards.
• Translate business needs to engineering specs; manage APIs/integrations and CI/CD concepts.
• Run standups, sprint ceremonies, publish dashboards, elevate decisions/risks.
• Use Agile/Scrum/Kanban; track delivery metrics and retrospectives.
