Job summary

The Greentree Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Team Project Coordinator to align internal teams and support a client network across Ohio.

You will drive schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholder communications, and track metrics to ensure operational excellence. This role emphasizes collaboration, continual improvement, and clear leadership across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional efforts involving planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives surrounding updates of core business processes.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholder groups to ensure consistent communication and change adoption across the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across diverse teams, advocating for and implementing activities that promote education and adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Experience with change management and/or business process improvement.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, emphasizing a customer-service and teamwork-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Field Team stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide initiatives, communication flow, and shared understanding of roles and responsibilities across project resources.
  • Drive alignment of schedule, workflows, and client initiatives to optimize resource allocations and minimize redundancy.
  • Provide education on interdependencies, roles, and responsibilities to promote a unified approach to stakeholder support.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of initiatives across teams, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic vision.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-team issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track key metrics, prepare leadership reports, and recommend adjustments to enhance client outcomes.
  • Provide routine reporting and updates through multiple channels, including team meetings, steering committee presentations, and digital communications.
  • Manage relationships and communications across multiple internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system to support effective delivery of client messaging, process adherence, and data-driven decision making.

About The Opportunity

As the Field Team Project Coordinator, this position will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client based in Columbus, OH. This role will be critical in aligning internal teams to provide operational excellence, strategic alignment, and seamless communication to a diverse stakeholder group around the state of Ohio. Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with change management and/or business process improvement.

  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting project management functions including timeline development, milestone and task tracking, and status reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong initiative.

Compensation / Salary Range

Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000

Bonuses

Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
