Job summary

The Greentree Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional planning and coordinate complex technology initiatives. You will work with a talented team to support a key customer in Columbus, OH, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with clear communication across departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, meticulous documentation, and seamless deployment from requirements through adoption, with a focus on quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years supporting Technology Projects, System Implementations, or related project coordination activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional efforts involving planning, coordination, and documentation for major initiatives.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and/or technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning, documentation, and coordination for updates to core business and technical processes.
• Provide inputs to project management activities including timeline development, milestones, task tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams for enterprise-wide technology initiatives and clear communication.
• Manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate system implementation activities from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Plan and oversee QA and testing activities, including issue tracking and resolution.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing preparation and access.
