Job summary

Associate Staffing LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for our client’s Technology PMO to lead critical technology initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications in a regulated environment.

You will oversee detailed project plans, milestones, and reporting, with remote or hybrid work options. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tech PM experience and PMI/PMP credentials.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in technology.
• Experience in heavily regulated industries such as financial services.
• Strong organizational skills for planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in managing full project lifecycle, including scope refinement and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and track milestones.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, and issues.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Knowledge of software tools such as Jira, TFS, and project management software.
• Demonstrated leadership in engaging and managing virtual and global teams.
• Ability to identify and elevate project risks as needed.
