Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple enterprise IT initiatives through all lifecycle stages. You will apply formal PM methodologies, governance, and risk/change control while collaborating across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate has PMP certification, 5+ years in IT PM, and a track record of managing several concurrent enterprise projects in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required (active or inactive; details required).
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Experience in regulated or utility-style environments preferred.
• Strong skills in governance, schedule control, cost control, and risk management.
• Ability to communicate across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting projects involving web content management or marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects across all phases.
• Apply PMP-based methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Build relationships with sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define success criteria, milestones, and business benefits.
• Create and maintain business cases, charters, schedules, risk registers, and reports.
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews and governance approvals.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues; initiate changes as needed.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting using enterprise systems and dashboards.
• Coordinate resources, dependencies, and align with priorities.
• Lead project closeout and capture lessons learned and benefits realization.
