Qualifications

• Experience with budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
