WME - William Morris Endeavour is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software development teams and support the transformation of our Product & Engineering organization. You will partner with Product Managers, engineers, contractors, and executive partners across the WME Group.

You must be detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and highly collaborative, with exceptional relationship‑building skills and the ability to move quickly across priorities in an iterative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years inTechnical Project Management, Agile Transformation, or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to lead software teams using agile methodologies.
• Experience with in-house and offshore teams, contractors, clients and seniors.
• Strong technical literacy across engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Ability to improve systems, automate workflows and increase delivery visibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive software delivery by removing obstacles to progress, release readiness, speed and quality.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to QA, release and improvement.
• Facilitate productive meetings and capture meaningful notes for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and ensure teams understand tools, processes and priorities.
• Improve release management reporting to strengthen accountability and transparency.
