Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in technical software or B2B SaaS.
• Ability to learn domain concepts and build credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on data-informed decision making for product decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and analysts daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication; AI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategy to launch and discontinuation.
• Drive adoption of coil engineering applications and APIs.
• Work with Product Design to apply human-centered design.
• Prioritize high-leverage technology solutions with Software Development.
• Prioritize roadmap and backlog with stakeholders.
• Translate heat-transfer domain requirements into product requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on delivery as part of a team.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities.
• Track and report defined success metrics for the product area.
• Maintain documentation and training materials for users.
