Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking a Technology Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our coil engineering software used by customers and internal engineers. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of software developers and a product designer to solve critical problems and deliver innovative tech solutions.

SRC will train in fundamentals; comfortable with ambiguous spaces and driving end-to-end product success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in technical software or B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders and learn domain concepts.
• Hands-on experience using data to inform, test, and measure product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with software developers, product designers, and business/data analysts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategy to launch, support, and discontinuation.
• Drive adoption of coil engineering applications and APIs.
• Partner with Product Design to apply human-centered design and discovery practices.
• Collaborate with Software Development to prioritize high-leverage solutions.
• Prioritize product roadmap and backlog with stakeholders and team.
• Translate heat-transfer domain requirements into clear product specs with SMEs.
• Work daily with designers and engineers as part of an empowered product team.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive strategies to identify value opportunities.
• Track defined success metrics and maintain documentation and training materials for users.
