Super Radiator Coils in Richmond, VA is seeking a mechanically minded operator for our expanding production team. You will set up and run metal forming equipment, following blueprints to ensure high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating metalworking equipment and reading blueprints.
• Proficient with measuring devices like calipers and tape measures.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic including fractions and decimals.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to participate in continuous improvement.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate metalworking equipment to consistently and efficiently produce quality parts.
• Use blueprints and router information to set up tooling and machines.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and tooling life.

Due to a booming 60,000 sq foot facility expansion, Super Radiator Coils, a family-owned manufacturer in the Midlothian, VA area, is seeking a hard-working and mechanically minded people to join our production team. Equipment operator's set-up and run our metal forming equipment. These machines use high precision custom tooling for heat exchanger manufacturing. We operate in a fast-paced environment with frequent change overs.

• Ability to do addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in both fractions and decimals
• Team player interested in improving the overall performance of the equipment and the team
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
