Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years coordinating or managing projects with multiple stakeholders, defined deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience contributing to requirements definition, process analysis, backlog/work planning, and readiness activities.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects or services to operational teams and end users.
• Knowledge of Agile, predictive, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, scaled Agile concepts, and hybrid delivery models; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from initiation through transition to operations with an appropriate delivery approach (predictive, Agile, or hybrid).
• Develops and maintains project charters, scope statements, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Decomposes outcomes into deliverables with owners and target completion dates.
• Monitors scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensures required processes (security, architecture, accessibility, procurement, release, operations) are identified and followed.
• Applies product management principles to link deliverables to customer needs and measurable value.
• Facilitates development of problem statements, outcomes, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures.
• Represents customer perspective in planning, usability, adoption, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinates readiness activities to ensure solutions are documented, tested, and ready for customers and operations.
• Partners with product owners and service teams to define launch criteria and confirm deliverables.
• Elicits, analyzes, validates, documents, prioritizes, and traces requirements; creates use cases and data definitions.
• Supports UAT with defined scenarios, acceptance criteria, and defect decisions.
• Uses Agile values to improve transparency, prioritization, and incremental delivery.
• Facilitates backlog refinement and sprint planning; manages governance and scope changes.
• Adapts delivery methods to project complexity and risk; builds cross-functional relationships.
• Prepares concise updates for executives, sponsors, and governance groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
