Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years coordinating or managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects to operational teams and end users.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, scaled Agile, and hybrid delivery concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, roadmaps, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from initiation through transition to operations using Agile, predictive, or hybrid delivery.
• Develops and maintains charters, scope statements, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Decomposes outcomes into deliverables, tasks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, owners, and dates.
• Drives teams toward completion dates, identifies slippage, and elevates risks through governance channels.
• Represents customer perspective in planning, usability, adoption, and training discussions.
• Coordinates readiness activities so solutions are documented, tested, and ready for customers and operations.
