Job summary

Virginia State Corporation Commission in Richmond, VA is hiring two Senior IT Product Managers to lead large product teams and drive enterprise Agile delivery in support of SCC objectives.

These roles report to the CIO and involve coordinating cross‑divisional work, developing roadmaps, managing backlogs, and partnering with executives to advance initiatives such as cloud migration and ERP consolidation. Hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in program management or IT delivery
• Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira/Planner tools
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including PowerBI
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams
