The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, market research, and data-driven decisions, with responsibility for backlog, UAT, releases, and KPI tracking to measure product health and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Product management certification such as CPM is desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience as a software product owner.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and maintain the product roadmap.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and gather user needs.
• Translate requirements into epics and backlogs for the development team.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize backlog delivery for each sprint with the team.
• Coordinate releases and UAT with stakeholders and marketing.
• Track KPIs and product health; escalate issues as needed.
• Act as liaison between business and development for integrations and M&A.
