Responsibilities include developing charters and roadmaps, managing scope/schedule, coordinating readiness activities, and representing customer needs in planning and delivery discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and organizational change.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects to operational teams and end users.
• Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile concepts and ability to apply Agile, predictive, or hybrid practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from initiation through transition to operations using appropriate delivery approaches.
• Develops and maintains charters, scope statements, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID/logs, and status reports.
• Decomposes outcomes into deliverables, tasks, dependencies, acceptance criteria, owners, and dates with delivery teams.
• Drives teams toward completion dates, identifies slippage, and escalates material risks or decisions.
• Applies product management principles to connect deliverables with customer needs and measurable value.
• Represents customer/end-user perspectives in planning and delivery discussions, including usability and adoption.
• Coordinates readiness activities so solutions are documented, tested, and ready for customers and operations.
• Facilitates workshops/interviews to clarify needs and acceptance criteria.
• Ensures requirements are clear and testable before work is committed.
• Uses Agile values to improve transparency, prioritization, and incremental delivery.
• Supports backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and dependency coordination.
• Builds relationships across business, technical, and customer-facing teams.
• Prepares concise updates for executives and governance groups.
• Adapts delivery methods to project complexity and team maturity.
