Job summary

Hiscox USA seeks a Director of Technology Product Delivery to guide the shift from project-based to product-centric delivery across US operations. You will align strategy, investments, capacity and execution with engineering, analytics, security and finance teams while supervising direct reports and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in product delivery or technology programs.
• Proven ability to move organizations from project delivery to product teams.
• Experience using delivery analytics and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation toward empowered product teams and defined outcomes across value streams.
• Own delivery view across roadmaps, programs, modernization and regulatory commitments.
• Manage and coach Agile Delivery Leads and analysts; shape team topology and plans.
• Ensure AI-enabled and modern engineering practices are applied responsibly across the SDLC.
