Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation toward empowered product teams with clear outcomes and accountability.
• Own the integrated delivery view across value-stream roadmaps and enterprise programs.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across teams, platforms, business units and vendors, ensuring clear outcomes and ownership.
• Manage, coach and develop direct reports, including Agile Delivery Leads and Technical Business Analysts; set expectations and support career development.
• Establish a regular cadence for reviewing delivery health with teams and senior leaders.
• Improve end-to-end flow from discovery to adoption with smaller increments and governance.
