Role Overview

This organization is seeking a professional to join the asset management team as a Tech Product Analyst. The selected candidate will analyze, administer, and optimize software asset management solutions within the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role focus on managing software license compliance, lifecycle processes, and governance across the organization. Collaboration with stakeholders is required to develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize enterprise endpoint and discovery tools to track software assets across the environment

Required Qualifications
