Role emphasizes dashboards, data quality, and applying AI and automation to drive performance and compliant execution across commercial platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS or equivalent).
2–4 years of experience in technology analysis, product analysis, business systems, or analytics.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise systems (CRM, incentive compensation, ERP).
Ability to translate Sales Compensation and commercial requirements into clear functional needs.

Responsibilities

Support analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation technology solutions.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into specifications.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics related to sales and compensation.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
Lead AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Technology teams to resolve issues.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Contribute to documentation and SOPs for scalable solutions.
