DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for an Ex. Analyst, Tech Prod IT Sales, to support Sales Compensation technology solutions across multiple U.S. sites, including Raynham, MA.

The role translates business needs into scalable tech solutions and actionable insights to improve commercial performance. You will collaborate with Commercial teams, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver dashboards, data quality, and analytics, while applying AI and automation to drive revenue optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of experience in technology analysis, product analysis, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation technology solutions to meet commercial business needs.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics related to sales and compensation performance.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data driven decision making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Technology teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
