Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to support technology procurement and IT asset management.

You will coordinate inventory control, equipment fulfillment, shipping logistics, and purchasing activities to keep devices and supplies available for business needs. You will work with internal IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, inventory accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage IT inventory receipt, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate equipment fulfillment and shipping logistics for staff and locations.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Obtain quotes and support sourcing activities for technology products/services.
• Maintain purchasing data for reporting, audits, and budget monitoring.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in records.
