Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is hiring a Procurement Specialist based in Salt Lake City to support IT asset management, inventory control, and purchasing activities. You will coordinate fulfillment, packaging, and shipping while ensuring accurate asset records and timely deliveries.

You will work with IT teams and vendors to obtain quotes, process POs, and maintain documentation to support cost control and audits. This role offers growth in procurement and IT operations within a growing healthcare-focused

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with vendors and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Manage IT inventory receipt, organization, tracking, and reconciliation.
Coordinate equipment fulfillment and shipping, tracking deliveries and resolving issues.
Prepare purchase orders, monitor status, maintain documentation and ensure timely deliveries.
Obtain quotes from vendors and support sourcing for technology products and services.
Maintain cost-tracking data to support reporting, budgets, and audits.
Follow procurement, inventory management, and documentation procedures for compliance.
