The role coordinates inventory control, equipment fulfillment, shipping logistics, and purchasing activities to ensure accurate records and timely delivery across the organization. Working with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help optimize procurement processes, cost control, and operational efficiency while building a career in procurement, supply chain,

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, business administration, IT support, inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Manage receipt, organization, tracking, and reconciliation of IT inventory.
• Coordinate equipment fulfillment and shipping activities from packaging to delivery tracking.
• Prepare purchase orders, monitor order status, maintain purchasing docs, ensure timely delivery.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and support sourcing for tech products/services.
• Maintain data for reporting, budget monitoring, audits, and decision support.
• Follow procurement, inventory management, and documentation procedures for compliance.
