• Identify customer product requirements and coordinate accurate execution of orders.
• Receive, review, and validate requests for product information, pricing, and order specifications.
• Monitor order status and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders when necessary.
• Assist sales representatives with preparing monthly and quarterly business review reports.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding order status and procurement activities.
• Ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
