PNC is seeking a transformative Director to shape how technology partners with the business, spanning the Chief Technology Office. The role focuses on strategy, leadership, and cross-functional delivery across the enterprise.

Based in the COO organization, this position emphasizes people, influence, and change, building relationships with executives and turning strategy into execution to create a world-class technology organization.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, delivery leadership, or management consulting.
• Proven record leading enterprise-wide transformation across multiple organizations and business units.
• Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with business leaders and aligning technology efforts to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or change management certification is a plus.

• Shape enterprise technology strategy spanning all of Technology.
• Build trusted executive relationships with line-of-business leaders and translate business goals into technology outcomes.
