Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Director to lead the Integration & Technology PMO, driving disciplined execution across M&A integration, enterprise technology roadmaps, portfolio governance, and value realization.

The role partners with the CIO/AIO and executive leadership to align technologies with enterprise strategy, ensuring governance, resourcing, sequencing, and measurable business value across major programs, including post-merger integration and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program management, enterprise PMO leadership, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Experience supporting M&A integration, post-merger integration, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP, cybersecurity, data, and vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain repeatable M&A technology integration playbooks (Day 1 readiness to TSA exit).
• Lead cross-functional post-merger integration workstreams with clear ownership and milestones.
• Own the integrated enterprise technology roadmap and align with strategy, compliance, and business needs.
• Establish PMO standards (charters, governance gates, RAID, reporting, benefits realization).
• Provide executive-ready reporting to CIO/AIO, SLT, and Board-level updates.
