Job summary

Releady is seeking an experienced Program Manager Contractor to lead end-to-end M&A integration efforts within the TDI organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, and track delivery using Jira and Confluence in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/technology program management experience, incl 2+ years in M&A integration or corporate IT transformation.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional tech programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong Jira portfolio management experience: initiatives, epics, stories, tracking frameworks.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at Director/VP level across Engineering, Security, Sourcing, Finance.
• Familiarity with corporate IT environments: Google Workspace, identity management (SSO), enterprise SaaS procurement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for clear status reports and governance docs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of M&A integration efforts across TDI.
• Establish and maintain a structured Jira initiative per deal with real-time status visibility.
• Lead kickoff meetings, weekly syncs, define scope/governance, and set up comms channels (Confluence/Slack).
• Provide regular program status updates to TDI leadership and executives.
