Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large enterprise integration arising from a merger and acquisition. You will coordinate multiple technology workstreams, drive planning and governance, and ensure timely delivery of critical milestones across infrastructure and end-user services.

The ideal candidate will manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders in an M&A setting, acting as the central coordinator for plans, risks, and dependencies while aligning business goals

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience in a global environment.
• Experience managing M&A or Divestiture related projects.
• Strong coordination, reporting, presentation, communication and follow up/tracking skills (PowerPoint, PowerBi, Excel skills)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated project manager for a large enterprise integration program.
• Coordinate activities across multiple technology towers and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance processes and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Drive accountability across teams and proactively challenge timelines, risks, and blockers when necessary.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution plans.
• Coordinate migration workstreams leveraging Quest migration solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage migration timelines, testing, pilot activities, and production deployments.
