Utah 2034 Organizing Committee is seeking an entry-level Technology Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day technology needs and help plan the Games technology environment. Qualifikationen

• Foundational knowledge of computers, operating systems, business apps, user accounts, networks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Exposure to programming, scripting, automation, database, reporting, or data-analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Power BI).
• Experience with generative AI tools and responsible AI usage.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, connectivity, printing, conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access permissions.
• Track technology assets and related documentation.
• Support Games technology environment planning and vendor coordination.
• Prepare research, analyses, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate demonstrations, testing, training, and project follow-up.
