Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Administration professional to support the enablement and operational execution of technology partnerships for HPE Networking. This role coordinates cross-functional activities across finance, sales, product management, and supply chain to ensure partner readiness and accurate data.

The position emphasizes project coordination, program management concepts, and continuous improvement, with an onsite/hybrid expectation depending on location and role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Business, CS, Data Science) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cross-functional business processes and product commercialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and operational enablement of HPE Networking technology partners and partner solutions for inclusion on the HPE price list.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities with finance, technical support, sales, product management, order processing, supply chain, and other HPE stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, action-item trackers, status reports, and other program management materials.
• Collects, organizes, and validates partner, product, pricing, support, ordering, and supply chain information required for partner readiness.
• Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalates concerns and follows up on required actions.
• Documents business processes, operational requirements, workflows, and readiness criteria for technology partner enablement.
• Participates as a member of a cross-functional project team to support reliable, efficient, and high-quality partner onboarding and commercialization activities.
• Identifies process gaps and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
• Prepares presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and communications for project and stakeholder reviews.
