Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technology Partnership Operations Intern to support the enablement and operational execution of technology partnerships for HPE Networking.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities to make partner solutions available on the price list and working with stakeholders across finance, support, sales, product management, order processing, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of program management, project coordination, business operations, engineering operations, or process improvement.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of cross-functional business processes, product commercialization, technology partnerships, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and operational enablement of HPE Networking technology partners and partner solutions for inclusion on the HPE price list.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities with finance, technical support, sales, product management, order processing, supply chain, and other HPE stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, action-item trackers, status reports, and other program management materials.
• Collects, organizes, and validates partner, product, pricing, support, ordering, and supply chain information required for partner readiness.
• Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalates concerns and follows up on required actions.
• Documents business processes, operational requirements, workflows, and readiness criteria for technology partner enablement.
• Participates as a member of a cross-functional project team to support reliable, efficient, and high-quality partner onboarding and commercialization activities.
• Identifies process gaps and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
• Prepares presentations, dashboards, meeting materials, and communications for project and stakeholder reviews.
