Job summary

Kickmaker, a high-tech product design and industrialization agency, is seeking a 6-month full-time internship on the West Coast (SF/Seattle/Boston area) to join the US team. You will identify and QUALIFY partners, conduct outbound prospecting, and build relationships through field visits and industry events.

You will collaborate with our engineering team to tailor proposals, assist in candidate sourcing as the team grows, and report progress with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or strong interest in technology/hardware demonstrated by projects or coursework.
• Interest in technology/hardware and ability to discuss technical concepts.
• Experience or strong inclination toward outreach and prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new partners across the West Coast.
• Run outbound phone prospecting to open conversations with decision-makers.
• Visit prospects, attend trade shows and events for relationship-building.
• Collaborate with engineering team to co-develop tailored proposals.
• Support candidate sourcing as US team grows and report KPIs to sales.
