Job summary

Kickmaker, a high-tech product design and industrialization agency, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive client engagements in Austin and across the region. You will conduct meetings, analyze client needs, and help develop tailored commercial offers with the technical team.

The ideal candidate has a sales track record for technical products, a engineering background or robotics exposure, and resilience to manage challenging negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and analyze client needs to develop tailored commercial offers with the technical team.
• Lead negotiations through to contract signature.
• Oversee projects with partners and monitor market opportunities.
• Support HR recruitment activities (sourcing, interviews) and maintain KPI reporting.
• Supervise junior sales team and ensure process compliance.

Client Missions:

• Build a portfolio and promote Kickmaker's presence in the region: phone prospecting, field prospecting, media, etc.
• Conduct sales meetings
• Analyze client needs and help develop a tailored commercial offer in coordination with the technical team
• Lead negotiations through to contract signature
• Oversee projects with partners
• Monitor the market to identify new opportunities

Missions within KICKMAKER:

• Participate in recruitment with the HR team: sourcing, interviews
• Build a strong relationship with each Kicker
• Support and follow up with each Kicker throughout their assignment with the partner
• Ensure regular and effective reporting through the implementation of KPIs
• Supervise the junior sales team and support their professional development
• Ensure the quality of established processes and compliance with current HSE rules

Profile:

• Experienced in sales, you are passionate about new technologies and the sale of technical products.
• Strong understanding of Austin industrial/tech ecosystem, with existing relationships across key accounts and partners a plus
• You have an engineering background or have worked in sectors combining mechanical, electronic, or robotics expertise.
• With strong resilience, you know how to manage stressful situations.
• Persistent and rigorous, you do whatever it takes to take on and succeed at new challenges.

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
