Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting analysis to determine risk acceptability.
• Handle endorsements within delegated authority.
• Manage renewal book and advise on next steps.
• Collaborate across CNA to resolve issues (billing, risk control).
• Document files for completeness and compliance.
• Apply pricing strategies using pricing tools.
• Complete quote proposals and negotiate with partners.
• Be first-line contact to producers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist in marketing products and conduct field visits.
• Serve as system and workflow expert and train others.
