• Support workforce planning, onboarding, deployment, and tracking.
• Perform trend analysis on tenure, assignments, and attrition.
• Develop workforce and operational KPIs and OKRs; prepare management reports.
• Assist with daily field operations coordination and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
