Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related field.
• 1+ years of experience using data analysis and quantitative problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data manipulation, formulas, pivots, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of aircraft maintenance strategies to maximize fleet availability.
• Analyze maintenance requirements, identify trends, and support long-term planning.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Records, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams.
