Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in strategic planning, network planning, airline scheduling, logistics, analytics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present insights to leadership.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interview required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic forecasts, analyses, and recommendations to support domestic network planning and long-term objectives.
• Analyze market demand, route performance, profitability trends, and capacity to identify optimization opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to support scheduling, planning, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, and other teams to gather data and align initiatives.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to support network growth, feasibility, and profitability.
• Support schedule development and publication, evaluating adjustments and planning alternatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.
• Create presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
