Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage program budgets, estimates, and monitor expenditures to support organizational goals.
• Set integration roadmap, prioritize features that drive volume, assess resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful program completion.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, lead cross-functional coordination meetings, and address issues to maintain program health.
• Build acceleration plans and integration adoption playbooks that define program scope and align initiatives with business priorities.
• Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, communicate complex information clearly, and influence decision-making.
• Provide technology insights to support strategy alignment and drive execution of deliverables.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on APIs and features to provide continuous improvement and enhancement recommendations.
