• Experience in payments/fintech and product strategy to drive business operations
• Proven program and financial management with budgeting and risk mitigation
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience aligning technology operations with organizational priorities
• Ability to analyze data and present structured recommendations
• Advanced SQL skills including window functions and query optimization
• Commitment to integrity and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement payment monetization strategies, projects and tools for seller services
• Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms, including international segments
• Monitor progress against milestones; lead cross-functional meetings to address issues
• Build stakeholder consensus through data-driven recommendations and collaboration
• Support business operations by aligning technology initiatives with priorities
• Create and execute detailed roadmaps for billing solutions with product, technology and operations
• Work with legal and compliance to ensure appropriate agreements and regulatory compliance
