Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters: Business Administration. Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of complex projects and programs, managing timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze business data and trends to develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative business solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support business goals and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies including talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
