Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, business, or related area with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Option 2: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance reporting for Marketplace Global WFM.
• Monitor actuals vs budget, identify variances, and communicate financial impacts.
• Translate demand forecasts into headcount, labor cost, and vendor spend plans.
• Develop financial models supporting hiring, productivity, outsourcing, and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on annual and long-range planning.
• Provide executive insights to strengthen financial accountability and keep the organization within budget.
