Job summary

Texas Family Care Network is seeking an IT Technology Coordinator to support and optimize daily operations. You will coordinate technology resources, troubleshoot issues, onboard new hires, and manage project tracking while collaborating with the Pressley Ridge IT department for special projects.

The role involves coordinating with leadership, supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring technology aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Associates or better in General Business or related field.
Requires one year of experience in technology interactions or a similar role.
Requires a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
Requires reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
Clearances: DPS, DFPS, FBI, CBCU Eligibility Determination, Child Abuse Clearances.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the allocation of technology resources (software, hardware).
Provides support for troubleshooting basic technical issues either directly or with IT support.
Assists with onboarding new hires by organizing tech setup and ensuring access to systems and tools.
Implements and manages systems for tracking issues, tasks, and milestones for technology projects.
Provides training and guidance to staff on technology tools and systems.
