Information Technology Project Coordinator
The IT Project Analyst will support all aspects of technology projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, on-budget, and within the approved scope. You will assist project managers in developing detailed project plans, monitoring milestones, producing status reports, and managing project documentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project tasks
- Identifying and mitigating schedule and resource constraints
- Communicating with Facilities and General Contractors to ensure clinic IT site readiness
- Monitoring internet circuit installation submissions and completions
- Proactively identifying and addressing project risks and issues
- Coordinating external vendors and contract resources
- Maintaining project documentation such as reports and plans
- Tracking device procurement and delivery
- Developing and maintaining a dynamic issue list
Qualifications
The IT Project Coordinator should be detail-oriented and capable of managing day-to-day project tasks and deliverables. A strong commitment to high-quality customer service and a solid work ethic are essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience supporting projects to specifications while managing challenges like cross-team dependencies, changing priorities, schedules, and evolving requirements
- Relevant work experience in technology across multiple IT disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, credibility, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently and within a team
- Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, including in IT projects
- Skills in communication, adaptability, and supporting multiple projects and teams
- Experience using SmartSheet and MS Teams
