Job summary

SBC Executive Committee seeks a Technical Operations Manager to oversee enterprise infrastructure, security administration, and Help Desk escalation. You will lead a small team of technical staff, ensure patching and compliance for servers/desktops, and deliver end-user system lifecycle support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-training and documentation across the IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least three years of progressive experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong English communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and support functions for enterprise infrastructure as tier two escalation for Help Desk.
• Lead remaining Systems and Security Administers and the Telecommunications Technician.
• Manage patch deployment and compliance for servers and desktops.
• Support end-user systems lifecycle, deployment, maintenance and support.
• Provide cross-training and documentation for backup personnel.
• Collaborate with Campus Technology leadership on special projects.
