W3Global is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead enterprise infrastructure, security, and reliability. You will architect, implement, and maintain network, firewall, virtualization, storage, and data center environments while guiding technical staff and coordinating incident response.

The role emphasizes disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and 24/7 on-call readiness, with a focus on uptime and security posture across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• 3+ years in senior technical/resource leadership.
• Experience with multi-site enterprise networks.
• Proven project management and mentoring能力.
• Strong experience with routing, switching, and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for complex infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to IT staff.
• Lead root cause analyses for major incidents and outages.
• Design and support enterprise network, firewall, and wireless infrastructures.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; proactively resolve issues.
• Administer firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, and incident response.
• Administer VMware virtualization and storage environments.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Maintain data center infrastructure for high availability.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Maintain infrastructure software, OS, firmware, and updates.
• Create standards, docs, configurations, and procedures.
• Lead deployment, upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
• Develop requirements, plans, and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve reliability and security.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, vendors, and consultants.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
