Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst (Database Access Management) in Chandler, AZ to support provisioning of database access, governance, and security compliance across multiple business lines.

You will work with Database Administrators and Application Support teams to ensure appropriate user access and timely resolution of issues. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Technology Operations, Information Security, Database Administration support, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience provisioning and managing database access, including: Creating and disabling user accounts; Managing privileges and role assignments; Access governance and compliance activities.
• Experience with one or more database platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, DB2.
• Experience using ticketing or workflow management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ART, PAC2000, or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user access incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and revoke database access for internal users.
• Partner with database and application teams to determine appropriate levels of access.
• Review and process access requests in accordance with security policies and operational procedures.
• Investigate and troubleshoot user access issues.
• Monitor and manage requests through ticketing and workflow systems.
• Support operational and compliance-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and technical stakeholders.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate operational records.
