Job summary

CFS in New York is seeking a Technology Operations & Project Coordinator to support technology rollouts, process improvement, compliance, and AI initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating projects, documenting workflows, and helping teams adopt new technology.

You will partner with operational leadership to drive projects, manage milestones, create SOPs and training materials, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, business systems, or implementation support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Exposure to Salesforce, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar business applications preferred.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
• Document workflows and create process documentation.
• Assist with technology rollouts, testing, and user adoption.
• Support AI and automation initiatives.
• Help manage compliance-related documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
