Galaxy in New York, NY is seeking an AI & IT Operations Engineer to support the administration, coordination, and ongoing evolution of enterprise AI platforms and related technology initiatives across the organization. The role spans governance, API work, security, and IT tasks, with hands-on responsibilities and proactive problem solving in a fast-moving environment.

Eligible candidates have 4+ years in IT operations or technical coordination, strong communication, and a passion for AI features

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working with enterprise technology tools, IT operations, security, or technical program coordination.
• Strong interest in AI platforms, emerging features, integrations, and real-world enterprise use cases.
• Ability to work across both strategic and operational tasks.
• Hands-on mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI tools and programs.
• Manage configuration, access, settings, connectors, permissions, and operational support for AI platforms.
• Assist with governance, risk review, and IT-security coordination for AI tooling.
• Contribute to API-related work, documentation, testing, and operational follow-up for AI initiatives.
• Handle operational cleanup, process follow-through, and general support tasks to improve efficiency.
