The Premier Companies is seeking an AI Project Coordinator to develop and execute cross‑functional projects, process improvements, and company initiatives across the organization. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn ideas and workflows into finished solutions.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and using AI tools to accelerate execution, with collaboration across departments and a focus on building training materials, SOPs, dashboards, and internal docs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or business support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and ability to create training materials.
• Experience creating SOPs, training documents, or reports.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on initiatives and strategic projects.
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows, documentation, and execution.
• Turn rough ideas into organized, polished deliverables.
• Manage timelines, revisions, and follow‑through on multiple priorities.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training guides, manuals, and internal docs.
• Use AI tools to draft, refine, summarize, and accelerate work.
• Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and performance data.
• Assist with dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, and executive summaries.
• Build presentations and internal communications.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop reusable templates and workflows to improve execution over time.
